Daish’s Holidays, an independent coach holiday group, has announced that Sam Wilson has joined his family business as Head of Estates to oversee the group’s 12-strong portfolio of UK hotels.

Sam is the son of the late Jeanne Wilson, the founder of Daish’s Holidays, who passed away earlier this year, and his appointment signifies the transition to a second-generation family-run business during its 45^th anniversary year. He will now take the helm at the firm’s Bournemouth head office alongside his brother, George Brown, who is managing director at the company. Together they will continue their mother’s legacy to provide affordable UK breaks with excellent customer service, comfortable accommodation, good food and live entertainment.

Sam has more than 15 years’ experience in the commercial and residential property industry through his work as founder and managing partner of Bournemouth-based Wilson and Sharp Investments. His responsibilities in his new role as Head of Estates will focus on the management, maintenance, and strategic development to improve as well as increase assets in the company’s hotel portfolio.
