The hugely popular Gaydon Land Rover Show returns to the British Motor Museum on May 12 and 13. The show, now in its fourth year, will celebrate 70 years of the iconic Land Rover marque with a huge range of models on display from 1948 to the present day. In addition the show will also celebrate 50 years of the Lightweight Land Rover and aims to highlight the history of Land Rover's development, as well as feature vehicles from rival brands such as the Austin Champ and Austin Gipsy.

Commentator Diana Tigwell will be leading an enthusiastic and knowledgeable arena team. Together they will provide arena commentary and will invite owners, restorers, top crews from Land Rover motorsport and club members, alongside enthusiasts of the world of Land Rovers, to share their stories.

This year will also see the return of the popular ‘Best Dressed’ exhibitor competition, with certificates and prizes for the best turned out owners and drivers. The fiercely competitive Land Rover team quiz, hosted by motoring journalist and Quiz Master Dave Barker, will take place again with rounds on both days leading to the grand final on Sunday, to declare the Land Rover Academician of the Year 2018. Clubs, exhibitors and visitors are encouraged to enter in teams of two, and test their knowledge on a selection of carefully chosen quiz questions.

Tom Caren, Show Manager at the British Motor Museum, says: “The Gaydon Land Rover Show is an absolute must for fans who want to come along and help celebrate 70 years of this iconic marque. We’re expecting thousands of enthusiasts and club members to enjoy a great family day out.”

Advance ticket prices are adults £10, children £6 (5-16 years), under 5s free, concessions £10.
