Returning to the NEC Birmingham from 20-21 March 2024, the show is set to host thousands of travel trade professionals, and more than 200 attractions, hotels, venues, top-rated tours, DMOs and popular destinations, showcasing the best of Britain and Ireland.
The 2024 event will continue to serve as inspiration for tour operators, coach operators, group travel organisers and travel agents who will discover the latest trends and new ideas for their group trips, tours and itineraries. Event manager Lloyd Jones says: “Following the success of the 2023 show, we are excited to be planning another industry leading event. This is the place to learn about everything that’s happening in the industry and gain inspiration from over 200 exhibitors that will help shape itineraries for 2024 and beyond.”
Along with gaining plenty of ideas for unique tours and excursions, visitors will get the chance to taste local delicacies in the food and drink trail, network with like-minded industry professionals and learn from industry experts in the Keynote Theatre.
Returning visitor David Evans, CEO at D & D Travel, says: “The British Tourism & Travel Show is an important date on the trade show calendar for tour operators and buyers. The show offers a wide range of exhibitors and it provides an excellent opportunity to meet new and existing suppliers in one place.”
Chris Lodge, director at Lodge Coaches, adds: “I have attended the British Tourism & Travel Show for many years. The content is a valuable resource and the main contributor toward my yearly tour brochure."
Industry experts will bring fresh insights to each session in the keynote theatre. They will cover everything including trends, tips, technology, research, and opportunities facing the travel trade today. “The guest speakers are inspirational and it’s invaluable to keep up with current travel trends,” says Amber Parish-Smith, product manager at Ramblers Walking Holidays. “I always look forward to visiting the British Tourism & Travel Show to meet up with suppliers that I have worked with for many years, and to look for new suppliers to enhance our product.”
