Harrogate Showcase- Sunday 9^th – Monday 10^th June 2024

Including Emmerdale Village Tour & Ripley Castle FAM TRIPS 

 This is an event for tour planners and group travel organisers looking to taste what Harrogate has to offer. Showcasing a popular attraction Emmerdale Village Tour, an overnight stay at the Classic Lodges The Old Swan Hotel followed by a morning of networking and then onto another local attraction Ripley Castle.

 The visitors will meet attractions, hotels and destinations at the networking morning located at the hotel after breakfast on Monday 10^th June

 The event will include FOC car parking for visitors and refreshments on arrival.

 Visitors will receive a full itinerary and instructions before the event

• 9^th June - 1pm - 3pm - Arrival at the FAM Emmerdale Village Tour. Free parking at the New Inn and coach transfer to the Emmerdale Village. 
• 9^th June - 5pm Arrival at Old Swan Hotel Harrogate, Dinner and overnight stay
• 10^th June - Breakfast at the hotel room to be confirmed 
• 10th June - 10am -Showcase Networking followed by cream tea
• 10^th June - 2pm - Arrival at the 2^nd FAM Ripley Castle.

This is a part complimentary, and part paid for event for tour operators, tour wholesalers and GTOS who hire coaches and run tours. Includes meals & tours. Places are limited. 

You are required to pay for the discounted rate for the Hotel. This includes Dinner, Bed and Breakfast. Wine will be provided for the tables at dinner.
