Discover Ypres and Flanders Fields on a hosted fam visit

See UNESCO heritage sites and newly enhanced museums and activities which groups can experience on a commemorative visit.  Visit Flanders will also showcase how walking groups and culinary enthusiasts can enjoy this region.  2027 is the 100th year anniversary of the Menin Gate, so come and find out how to plan your next group visit. And learn how Eurotunnel has prepared for the new EES border controls too.

Tuesday 15th October 

Time TBC - Pick ups (once you have registered a member of the team will be in touch to confirm your nearest pick up location)

10.20 - Arrive at LeShuttle for show around

12.46 - LeShuttle crossing (35 min  journey)

16.00 check-in at hotels

17.30 - Visit Flanders Fields Museum

19.00 - Drink at Museum cafe

20.00 - Dinner at local restaurant

Wednesday 16th October 

07.30 - Breakfast 08.30 Meeting with the guides - coach pick-up

09.00 - Short walk to entry point East or South and visit Hooge Carter Museum with guide

10.45 - Coach pick-up at Hooge Crater Museum

11.15 - Visit and Wine tasting at Den Nachregael Zonnebeke plus small lunch

13.30 - Visit Passchendaele Museum 1917

15.30 - Visit Tyne Cot cemetery

19.30 Attend Last Post

20.15 - Dinner at local restaurant 

Thursday 17th October 

07.30 - Breakfast and check-out

09.00 - Coach pick-up

09.30 - Visit Talbot House

10.45 - Coach pick-up

12.30 - Lunch at Bar Bernard

13.30 - Departure

16.00 - DFDS departure Dunkirk to Dover

17.00 - Arrive in Dover and drop off / Continue return drop offs
