West Midlands Safari & Adventure Park at Excursions 2015

GTW attended Excursions at Alexandra Palace on January 24, 2015. Exiting at Wood Green, we avoided the dreaded journey by coach and instead, hopped aboard the free shuttle bus service, which frequented every 20/30 minutes. Alexandra Palace is an appealing venue from the outside, offering pretty panoramic views from a misty, hillside location.

Visitors were conveniently picked up/dropped off at the entrance to Palm Court, with GTW arriving around 1030hrs. The pace picked up towards the afternoon, with lots of familiar faces attending. Most memorable was the Melton Mowbray stand, serving starchy brews from the Belvoir Brewery, where GTW enjoyed a tour last year.
