One of the north west’s most popular retail coach stops is re-opening its doors to groups and coaches.
The team at Ena Mill Retail in the Lancashire town of Atherton, Greater Manchester, are looking forward to welcoming back these important customers to its historic cotton mill site.
Coach passengers passing through or visiting the north west always know when they’re near to Ena Mill when they catch a glimpse of its huge chimney. A grade 2 listed building, coaches first cottoned onto taking their passengers there a number of years ago.
The site is jam-packed full of bargains and it’s a real experience for group visitors say Simon Yates and Jonathon Addis joint owners of Ena Mill. ‘Ena Mill is spacious, easy to get around and all on one level. It’s a relaxing and leisurely time for groups when they arrive. We’ve always enjoyed having groups and coaches here and they seem to like it too,’ says Jonathan.
‘The free and easy coach parking; leisurely bargain shopping; free meet and greet service; discounts for passengers; excellent Massarella’s coffee shop as well as our top incentives for drivers and couriers make for the perfect group visit.’
With the advent of the COVID crisis, Jonathan and Simon have concentrated on making a extra safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all shoppers a top priority. Simon Yates explains: ‘We’re conscious of the need to ensure the safety and well-being of all customers to Ena Mill. And with groups making enquiries and bookings being made, it’s important that they know we’ve planned well and tour planners have full confidence in our team here in Atherton.’
