Bolton Castle near Leyburn in North Yorkshire has been recognised in Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Awards for 2024. The award honours businesses that consistently earn great reviews, placing them among the top 10% of listings around the world on Tripadvisor.

Bolton Castle was recently awarded the Bronze Award by Green Tourism, a national organisation promoting greener ways to operate in the leisure and tourism industry in the UK. The castle team aim to achieve a key number of green targets, and the Bronze Award is its first step on its green journey towards the Gold standard.
