GTW’s editor Helen took her family for a sweet trip down memory lane at the famous Cadbury World attraction in Bournville. ‘I can’t believe I’ve never been here before!’ came the cry as she wandered in and was handed a bundle of chocolate bars.
“It’s great fun – and the chocolate you’re given en route’s a definite bonus!” says Helen. “First up’s the Aztec jungle walk-through, then you learn the history of company and enjoy a mini-cinema show. But for my daughter Georgie the best bits were having a go at tempering chocolate, eating a pot of it, buying a load more of it in the shop, eating it in the café – then playing outside in the African Adventure Play Area.”
