Last year was a remarkable one for wholesaler Norman Allen Group Travel (NAGT), with two long-serving staff members reaching significant milestones.

Jenni Chapple, from the company's accounts department, celebrated 30 years’ service, having started work when Norman Allen himself ran the company with just a handful of staff. While Hilary Christmas (of the Private Groups Department), who's pictured here, has now been with the company for 20 years. With a combined half century of loyal service, both received warm congratulations from all their colleagues and gifts to mark the occasions, from directors Paul Mallon and Sarah Hunter.

Paul says: ‘The long service records of Jenni and Hilary are the latest we have celebrated and they add to the others in recent years reaching 10, 15 or even 20 years with the company. It is these experienced colleagues who help create and maintain our recognised high level of product knowledge and service to our clients.’
